CPGNNews
INDEPENDENT INTERNATIONAL
PUBLIC INTEREST MEDIA
Born in the Caribbean, Open to the World!
CaribPulse Global News Network, CPGNNews, is an independent international public interest media organization born in the Caribbean and legally established in Haiti on March 20, 2026. From its origin, CPGNNews was conceived with an international vocation and an editorial horizon extending beyond the geographical boundaries of its place of birth. The Caribbean is the point from which we look at the world, not the limit of what we cover. Our purpose is to contribute to a deeper understanding of the forces shaping societies, institutions and international affairs.
CPGNNews brings together journalism, investigation, analysis, research and public knowledge through a multimedia and multilingual editorial platform. Its work covers Haiti and the Caribbean as well as the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, with particular attention to international relations, geopolitics, governance, democracy, public policy, economics, technology, artificial intelligence, security, climate, science, culture, human rights, humanitarian affairs and the major transformations shaping the twenty first century. Through news reporting, long form journalism, investigations, thematic dossiers, strategic studies, interviews, explanatory journalism, documentaries, podcasts and other multimedia productions, CPGNNews seeks not only to report what happens, but to help audiences understand why it happens, what it means and how it connects to developments elsewhere.
Our journalism is founded on editorial independence, verification, context, pluralism, intellectual rigor and respect for human dignity. We distinguish facts from allegations, reporting from analysis and analysis from opinion, while recognizing that responsible journalism must acknowledge uncertainty and correct significant errors when they occur. CPGNNews does not exist to serve governments, political parties, corporations, ideological movements or institutional interests. Its responsibility is to the public interest and to the professional standards that make independent journalism credible.
The international character of CPGNNews does not diminish its Caribbean identity. On the contrary, the Caribbean provides the perspective from which we examine the wider world and bring Caribbean realities, experiences and questions into international conversations. Haiti is an essential part of this perspective, but it is not the boundary of our journalism. CPGNNews seeks to create a space where different regions, cultures, languages and intellectual traditions can meet through a common commitment to evidence, understanding and informed public debate.
Our multilingual approach supports this international mission, with English, French and Spanish as principal editorial languages and additional languages developed according to audience needs and editorial capacity. Our multimedia approach extends journalism across written, audiovisual, audio, documentary and digital formats, allowing different subjects to be explored through the form most appropriate to their complexity and public value.
Technology and artificial intelligence are transforming the media environment, and CPGNNews intends to engage with these transformations responsibly. Emerging technologies may support research, translation, transcription, data analysis, accessibility and other legitimate editorial processes, but they do not replace human judgment, verification, ethical responsibility or accountability. As CPGNNews develops, professional development, journalism training and innovation initiatives may become part of its broader contribution to the future of international journalism, particularly in artificial intelligence, verification, disinformation, data journalism, digital media and responsible technological innovation.
CPGNNews is institutionally part of the Haitian Humanitarian Alliance for Inclusion, Dignity and Empowerment, HHAIDE, while maintaining editorial independence from the organization’s programmatic, administrative, financial and institutional activities. This distinction is fundamental to our model. HHAIDE provides an institutional foundation, while CPGNNews retains responsibility for its editorial decisions, coverage, investigations, analysis, sources, publication and corrections. CPGNNews may cover HHAIDE or any other institution critically, analytically, favorably or unfavorably according to evidence and public interest. Institutional affiliation does not determine editorial conclusions.
Our long term objective is to build a credible and sustainable international media institution whose value is measured not simply by the volume of content it produces, but by the quality of its journalism, the seriousness of its research, the diversity of its perspectives, the transparency of its methods and the trust it earns over time. CPGNNews seeks to contribute to a public information environment in which readers are better equipped to understand complex events, question competing narratives and form informed judgments of their own.
Born in the Caribbean, CPGNNews looks toward the world with the conviction that international journalism becomes stronger when more societies are able to participate in the global conversation. Our ambition is therefore not simply to publish information, but to create meaningful connections between facts and context, local realities and global developments, knowledge and public understanding.
