INSTITUTIONAL IDENTITY

INDEPENDENT INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC INTEREST MEDIA

Born in the Caribbean, Open to the World!

CaribPulse Global News Network, CPGNNews, is an independent international public interest media organization born in the Caribbean and legally established in Haiti on March 20, 2026. From its creation, CPGNNews was conceived not as a regional media organization seeking to expand internationally, but as an international editorial institution whose point of origin is the Caribbean and whose field of vision is the world. The Caribbean gives CPGNNews its historical, cultural and intellectual perspective; it does not define the limits of its journalism.

CPGNNews brings together journalism, investigation, analysis, research and public knowledge through a multimedia and multilingual editorial platform. Its work extends across Haiti and the Caribbean, the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and other areas of international relevance. It covers international relations, geopolitics, governance, democracy, institutions, public policy, economics, finance, international trade, sustainable development, climate and the environment, science, technology, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, cybersecurity, innovation, education, culture, human rights, humanitarian affairs and the major social transformations shaping the contemporary world.

The purpose of CPGNNews is not simply to increase the volume of information available to the public. It is to contribute to a better understanding of that information. Through news reporting, long form journalism, investigations, thematic dossiers, strategic studies, interviews, reports, documentaries, podcasts, audiovisual productions and other forms of editorial work, CPGNNews seeks to establish connections between events, facts, history, institutions and broader forces. Its journalism asks not only what happened, but also why it happened, what it means, what evidence supports competing interpretations and what consequences may follow.

THE CARIBBEAN AND THE ARAB WORLD: BUILDING AN EDITORIAL BRIDGE.

BORN IN THE CARIBBEAN, OPEN TO THE WORLD!

1. THE PROJECT: BUILDING A NEW EDITORIAL BRIDGE

CPGNNews was born in the Caribbean with an international vocation that goes beyond the simple distribution of information beyond the region. Its ambition is to build lasting editorial relationships between societies, cultures and intellectual spaces that are too often observed from a distance rather than brought into direct conversation.

The Caribbean and the Arab world offer a particularly meaningful space for such an initiative. Both encompass diverse societies, histories, languages, political traditions and cultural experiences that cannot be reduced to a single narrative. Yet they are connected by questions that increasingly shape the contemporary world: migration and diasporas, historical legacies, sovereignty, economic transformation, youth, culture, development, urbanization, international cooperation, trade and the changing architecture of global power.

The purpose of this initiative is not to manufacture similarities where they do not exist. It is to create the conditions for better knowledge, more direct exchanges and a broader circulation of perspectives. A genuine editorial bridge must allow each region to be seen from the other, with the necessary distance, intellectual rigor and respect for complexity.
